Ticket categories and discounts

Child (age 0-5)

• Children under age 6 travel free. Children who have turned 6 require a child's ticket.

Child and youth (age 6-17)

• 50% discount for single tickets

Youth (age 16-19)

• May purchase the Snelandia 16-19 ticket for NOK 650, which entitles the holder to unlimited travel on all bus, Flexx and express boat routes throughout Finnmark for 30 days.

Young adult (age 18-29)

• 40% discount for single tickets if purchased in advance via the "Mobillett" app (only applies for 2 or more zones).
• 40% discount for period tickets (only applies for 30-day and 90-day tickets).

Adult (age 30-66)

• 20% discount if purchased in advance via the "Mobillett" app.

Senior (67+)

• 50% discount for single tickets.

Military

• Soldiers serving compulsory military service (initial service) or similar civil service receive a 50% discount on single tickets. No discounts are offered for Armed Forces employees, Grenadiers, soldiers in the Home Guard soldiers or soldiers on refresher training. 

Dogs

• Dogs travel free.

Bicycles

• Bicycles and large baggage may be taken on the bus subject to available space. You must buy an extra ticket. The fare is 50% of a single ticket (up to a maximum of NOK 60).

Carers

• A carer travels free of charge with the person requiring care. A carer certificate with a photo is the only valid ID. The passenger accompanied by the carer must buy a ticket.

Family discount weekend and public holiday

• Paying adult passengers travelling within one zone may be accompanied free of charge by up to four people under age 18 on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
